Q. DOES EVERYONE GET THE SAME TIE?

A. No. we use an online quaestionaire when you join to get your preferences, likes and dislikes and use this to hand pick ties just for you, we then follow every delivery with a message checking we got it right.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW THE TIES ARE GOOD QUALITY?

A. The first mark of quality is that all of our ties are 100% silk, for me that's the best mark of quality, because we don't tie members into contracts or minimum terms we know that quality is what keeps members members. Q. DO I HAVE TO STAY A MEMBER FOR A MINIMUM TERM?

A. We don't make our members sign a contract or hold anyone to minimum terms, you can cancel at any time, we don't want to hold our member hostage, we want you to stay a member because of the quality and service. You can also upgrade and downgrade your membership at any time on our website.

Q. HOW DOES FREE DELIVERY WORK?

A. We delivery your subscription FREE worldwide via Royal Mail, we ship all orders for delivery on or around the 15th of each month, with subscriptions taken on or around the 1st of each month.

Q. WHAT IS THE 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

A. We want all of our members to be delighted with their tie each month, if you are not completely satisfied with your tie, you can post it back to us and we will replace it and post it back to you for FREE.
